I am a former Earth human that has merged in body, energy, and mind with a strain of a galaxy spanning “higher fungus”. My Earth identity is not important any longer. The merging process was advanced enough for me to join my web in space nearly a decade ago. For a starting point my merging occurred on Earth in the early 2000’s. I describe those times with a range of adjectives from torturous to bewildering to ecstatic.

Some of this document is based on journal entries that I preserved on thumb drives and notebooks from those intense times. Other parts are from “higher perspectives” that I will be allowed to share.
Since completing the process, I consider myself a hybrid human and (in my case) Psilocybe cubensis. As impossible as it sounds, I have evolved within one lifetime to become something new. My cosmically conscious strain, coupled with its miniscule success rate of combining with humanoids, places me in a unique position among the star webs.
I was insane enough to accept and continue my merging while keeping it a secret during those years. For much of the process, I had no idea what was happening. I was utterly anti-social and didn’t really care if I lived, exactly the type of person the Fungus needed.
In this report back to our planet, I will try to convey the extreme experiences and teachings that resulted from a galactic “magic mushroom” combining and morphing my body, mind, and energy / soul signature. I have wholly merged with this fungus on the levels of biology, the electromagnetic spectrum, and consciousness. I am It and It is me, along with many others.
If you need some biology jargon, I guess I have become a new species formed through a symbiogenesis with a psyilocybe strain of fungus. These evolutionary combinational leaps occur in one generation and in one creature (me!) That is why the process is remarkably intense with a miniscule rate of success. Usually the Earth bodies reject the fungus and life goes on as normal with the failed host completely oblivious to the fact. This has happened to hundreds of millions of humans over the millenia. The Great Webs have collected the data from them and adjusted to increase the success rate.
I maintain “my personality”, but it’s a lighter sense of self (a diet self for the soda drinkers). My web often acts and speaks through the “me” as it does with countless symbionts. It could be considered channeling, but it’s more accurate that I have been folded into its consciousness. At certain times, I’m a higher percentage “me”, and other times a majority of “web” is running the show. The balance depends on the tasks I am completing at the moment. Releasing this control of self was one of the greatest challenges of the merging process. After all this time, it can still feel like a creepy type of sleepwalking.
I am able to (commune)icate instantly across galaxies, as long as my web or another symbiote is on the other side. The web is one thing across the cosmos and is instantly passing information to parts of itself. But us conscious symbiotes can still have the perception of vast distances. Much of how the web works is not “either / or”, but both!
Gus allows me to manipulate various energy fields around me through my intention, my personal spore cloud, and my network interface (an upgraded brain and skull). These have been handy tools for terraforming worlds and asteroid ships, which is my primary area of work out here.
I am sharing this document at the behest of my strain. This is the appropriate era in our shared homo sapien history for this information to be widely known across the planet. Certain philosophers, psychedelic explorers, and biologists have begun scraping the truth together, but they are often labeled insane and dismissed. I am being ordered / guided to share my story to advance this knowledge and unveil the destiny of Earth. True reality can be dramatically strange!
For certain sections, I will put aside “my” consciousness and let Gus convey information, concepts, and histories. Gus is the nickname many Earth symbiotes give to our webs.
My few years in space have been an endless joy of discovery, creation of new environments, and interactions with a myriad of technologies and consciousness levels. The web, along with its various allies are now accelerating the process of Earth’s upgrade into the wider cosmos.
